The State of Nebraska has initiated a state-wide comprehensive project for the purpose of developing State/Local Emergency Operations Plans (SEOP/LEOP) for the state and each of its counties, and Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP) for select state departments. 

For this project the State of Nebraska selected BOLDplanning.com, a web-based planning platform designed to assist government organizations in the COOP, EOP, and Hazard Mitigation plan development process. The BOLDplanning.com platform guides users through each step of the planning process and helps develop plans that meet required federal and state planning guidelines.

The BOLDplanning.com system has been customized to meet the specific planning needs of the State of Nebraska and has been deployed via the internet at www.NebraskaPlanner.com for this state-wide planning initiative.
